Is there a free trial available?
At the moment there is no free trial, but there is a free plan. You can use Labgears for free with some built-in limitations (see below). Sign up to the app.
Who is the free plan for?
The free plan is for individuals and individual labs in academia. It comes with some built-in limitations (see below).
What are the limitations of the Labgears free plan?
Our aim is to provide all core functionalities of Labgears in both the free and future paid options. The only limitations are resource-related. In the free version you are limited to two workspaces and four projects, as well as 2 GB of storage. We believe these limitations will not prevent small teams from effectively using the application.
Can I get a commercial licence for Labgears?
If you would like to purchase a commercial licence for Labgears or become a commercial strategic partner, please contact us using the form above. If you haven’t yet, please make use of the free plan and sign up to the app and try it!
Can I export my data if I decide not to use the app anymore?
In the free plan we offer basic data export functionality (exporting item data to Excel files). For commercial clients, we offer full data export if they decide to leave.
